SARAH DEN HARING

GreenWater was founded by Sarah den Haring, a water and sanitation engineer with more than twenty years of wide ranging hydrological experience. She studied Geology in Edinburgh followed by a Masters in Hydrology for Environmental Management at the University of London.

With a strong background in low cost water supply and sanitation systems, her passionate belief in simple, environmentally friendly systems means that you can be assured of achieving a high quality and cost effective solution.

SANDER DEN HARING

Sander D. den Haring is a marine biologist with a fervour for marine conservation. He obtained his MSc in marine biology from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, in 2000 followed by a PhD in Recreational Resource Management.

He brings to GreenWater experience of marine conservation and research in Saudi Arabia, Madagascar and Kenya. Additionally he is a SCUBA diving instructor and an Emergency First Response Instructor and as such offers first aid (primary and secondary care) courses to the clients of GreenWater. Sander is also an underwater photographer.

The combination of all these skills allows Sander to join GreenWater as a marine consultant addressing marine environmental issues in East Africa and beyond.
